Surveys

A survey is a great way to stay in tune with your employees’ needs, enhance overall satisfaction and remain competitive in the market.

We offer two types of customizable surveys to help you gather information: Employer to Employee and Employer to Peer. These surveys are web-based and responses remain anonymous to encourage honest participation.

Employer to Employee Survey
This survey is a valuable tool for determining what your employee’s desire and value in their benefits package. Questions can be open or close-ended and can extend beyond health benefits to address items of particular interest to your organization. We will work with you to develop the questions and will oversee the administration and tabulation of the survey. 

Employer to Peer Survey
This survey is a great way to remain competitive in the market. Working with you, we will develop a survey that polls your industry peers on their employee benefit offerings. Then we will oversee the administration and tabulation. In return for their participation, your peers will receive a copy of the survey results. As a condition of this survey, both you and your peers remain anonymous.
